Community Partnerships

Hoven Academy Middle Schoolers are matched with a younger child enrolled in the program. The mentor acts as a positive role model for their Mentee. Mentor/Mentee pairs engage in fun activities, games, and conversation. The program aims to facilitate positive relationships, create community, build confidence, and foster social-emotional development. Mentors and Mentees will meet Wednesdays from 2:15 pm - 3:15 pm. Mentees must be between the ages of 3 and 9. A parent or guardian must remain at the park for the entire duration of the program sessions.
